I am 49 years old. Married with one grown daughter. I quit smoking 3 years ago and also had a hysterectomy which compounded, resulted in a weight gain of 20 pounds. I work 45 - 50 hours / week. My time is precious and I like to spend it with my husband of 1 year fishing or doing watercolor painting. I love dogs and have 4 of them. I do my workouts either at home or at the gym but spend less than 45 minutes on any one workout primarily because what little time I do have, I don't want to spend it working out. My diet is simple, < 1200 calories/day, cutting out as much of the refined sugars as possible, with an allowance of some oopses.
