I'm 57 years old. I used this app in 2014 & it help me tremendously!
I was at the lowest weight since 1992, but had too many problems in my life to keep it up & the weight down. Husband diagnosed with Parkinson's, major marriage problem (separation), moved..... Marriage is back on track now, but we moved to the Club we belong to & I've been eating & drinking very poorly. Weight is way back up again, especially after shoulder surgery this last November.
I'm ready to start this again & have to get the weight off for ME!!
