As a child I was never overweight until I hit grade 6. I then started to eat a lot of junkfood and it started to pack on. During high school I really began to gain weight. I was steady through out College and after College I dropped a little until I became pregnant with my son. I gained 50lbs with my pregnancy and dropped quite a bit after having him. Then I had a lot of trauma in my life and turned to food. My heaviest was 250 pounds and I finally said enough was enough in Jan 09. I began watching what I ate and I cutting the portions down. I have so far lost a total of 45lbs and now weigh in at 205. I still would like to lose another 50 and that is what my goal is. Its been tough but I'm working at it.
