trying to get rid of happy fat, no really trying to find happy med was over 18 stone 4 years ago lost over 7stone put over 3stone back on so really want to get back down to 11 to 12 stone. But being realistic i want to be around the 12 1/2 13 stone. that is my real target for the next 5 weeks as i get married in 5 weeks this thursday.

I am an emotional eater that means some times i eat more and binge when worried and has been a worring year for me, i still have a lot of stress but hopefully that will be all sorted in the next 6 months.......

i realy Want to get back to that stage where i am mentally trained to go for the best options, when i origanlly lost the weight i had a really good mind set and i felt really good that is where i want to be again.

i know how to eat correctly as the last diet i was on was the first i had ever tried and that was weight watchers........ I know i can carry that ethois through again......

I take my Daughter to school every morning on her bike so this is a good time for me to Run/ very much stroke JOG to school there and back it is just under a mile, i also have an epiliptic cross trainer in the house that i try to do an hour on every day........

I also suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic muscle fatigue syndrome but i try to push through it with the exercise as the endorphines it creates really does help, how ever i take meds to sleep as my body does not shut down naturally so my brain makes my body feel on the go constamtly and never truly rested. hey ho hum
