I'm the mom of a beautiful 11 year old girl. I have struggled with losing weight most all of my adult life. I lost weight most when I joined WW but for some reason got burnt out on it and quit following. I've noticed my daughter is starting to take after me where sugar and carbs is concerned. I want to eliminate that battle for both of us.
I need accountability. I appreciate suggestions and tips. I'm going to try and restart logging my daily food intake and see how that goes. I won't give up.
