Hello everyone~
I am a 30 year old single sucessful professional. I've always had somewhat of a problem maintaining my weight for as long as I can remember. I was at my heaviest when I got married in 2000. After a divorce last year I've completely let myself get out of shape. I was a fanatic about going to the gym but I let it slip away and found the convenience in fast food, eating out, etc. It made me feel good at the time. I am determined to be where I was a year ago at 125 lbs. Having suffered from panic attacks the past 10 years exercise and diet is key for me. I long to have children someday but for now It's just me and my two fat cats Macy and Maggie who are so fat I think they need to go on WW!
