Hi, I'm Jeremy. A little about myself, I was in really good shape a few years ago, making sure I exercised every day. As I got more involved with my job and grad school, I have been slacking off from aerobic activity. I have recently decided to make a change before it's too late. I am currently doing P90X, however I need to be more strict with my diet - especially carbs which taste so great :)
