Hello, Ive tried many many diets over the last 10yrs, after having 4 kids, it seems a certain diet wouldnt work after using one , diff one after each childbirth. So now, im kinda of an expert on weightloss, and soon have videos up on youtube channel for weightloss and remedies. The biggest part of weightloss is to do an activity that burns fat cells.
