I started exercising and dieting Aug. 2004, I was 262 lbs.
Summer of 2006 I was at my lightest, 190 lbs, if you can call that light! I felt better about myself and "skinny" if you can emagine that!
As of Jan 2009 I put myself on the scale... 270 lbs YIKES!!! Back to the gym and eating right!
My goal is to get down to 190 and then from there 170. I know it is do able and I am going to do it. =)
