I'm only 5'5" so I would really like to be around 140 lbs. That's about 20 lbs less than I am now. The pix f me is when I was my ideal weight.

I'm now into calorie counting - around 1000 cal/day. It works for me in that I'm not usually too hungry.

I am also gonna try to drink water more regularly.

Here's my tip: When hungry, brush your teeth. It works!

OK Breaking News. this was written 4 months later than the above: I'm now 138.5 lbs and have been steady for close to a month. Fat Secret works!
