I'm a proud mother of 3 and I work from home which is nice but also a downfall because someone is always eating junk. Recently since my family is aware of me trying to improve my health my son now hides his food from me so I will not be tempted. I enrolled myself into a Gym which will not be accessible until it officially opens in May. I pray I have the strength to continue on this new chapter in my life until then. My weakness is snacking late at night which is my biggest challenge right now (chips/soda), however over the last 2 nights I actually did pretty good as logging everything that goes into my mouth keeps me more aware and less tempted. I also try to workout 30min a day when my Asthma is under control and permits me to be able to do cardio like I would like. Good luck to all.
