I am a lifetime weight watcher member, but haven't been at goal weight for years. I get close, generally for an event like a class reunion, then stop going and gain it back. I have really been focused the last couple of weeks. I am exercising at least 5 times a week, mostly 6-7, doing elliptical 45 minutes most days, and a Zumba class one night a week. I have found that I MUST exercise to lose weight. Diet alone just won't cut it anymore!
