I lost about 40 pounds last year with Weight Watchers, using the Point system, and journaling my food.

This year, I decided to put the monthly charge to joining Curves, or a gym, and try to use this system for my journaling. I wish I could get it to count "points", because that was working so well for me. I'll just have to see how this goes.
