Hi, I am a 22 year old college student. I am only here to try and maintain a healthy 115-116. When I started college 3 1/2 years ago I only weighed about 100 give or take a little. I could not gain weight even though I tried really hard. Come to find out just over a year ago I was told the reason I could not gain weight was because I have Clinical Hyperthyriodism. It is not servre enough for medication and I was told I needed to eat small meals about six times a day or whenever I was hungry; which was almost every 3-6 hours. I managed to get up to a healthy 116 by last April and had been maintaining it. However, recently I have been less hungry and have dropped a good 5-6 lbs.
If you have any suggestions let me know.
