After hitting an all-time recorded high of 335 lbs., I had bariatric surgery. Got down to 199 lbs. for about a minute, then hovered steadily around 205. Have regained up to 230. The high protein diet has wrecked my kidneys, as I'm prone to kidney stones.
Am now switched to a vegetarian, low fat, whole food approach. Avoiding processed carbs (my weakness). Let's see how this goes.
