Started ideal protein on 2/15/11 and lost 35 lbs. But, I thought a little cheat here and there wouldn't matter. Well, 7.5 lbs later, I'm focused and committed to getting the last 35lbs off. Started a challenge here, and with support of fellow dieters, I believe it will happen!
