Last night I didn't record my meal because I simply can't figure it out lol. I went to Kelsey's which is our local steakhouse. I was craving the Filet Tips sooooo badly that I just decided to do it and get it out of my system. Though I feel a bit guilty, it was totally worth ever bite!
Now...time to shake it off and start fresh :) The Challenge begins tomorrow and I'm totally pumped! It's a beautiful day and I can't wait to spend it outside :)

Sometimes you totally have to get something out of your system or else you end up eating 7 different things just trying to avoid the one thing you were coveting. Much better just to have some of what you want and then be over it. :) Glad you enjoyed your meal.

^_^ I've heard a lot of people say that. That if you want something really really bad and you've been extremely good, you can reward yourself. Just as long as it doesn't become a habit lol.

Filet tips don't sound so bad:) I can think of much worse choices! I agree have what you want even if it isn't perfectly healthy. No need to deny yourself everything.

It's okay to have something you really want, just not all the time. We can't give up everything for the rest of our lives; it is just not realistic. If you keep it to once a week or maybe twice if you've been really good it should balance out. The deserts are what really get you.
