What a beautiful day! According to the scale this morning, I lost another pound. I'm still not entering it until Sunday or Monday morning lol. My challenge starts this week and I'm looking forward to it. I'm pretty sure I can squeeze at least 30mins of exercise in everyday. I just bought some new exercise clothes. Good deals on Walmart.com on Danskin! I love their workout stuff! Its so nice.
I was talking to my mom this morning about how I'm not really losing on the scale but my clothes are falling off! She said she was the same way when her and her friend dieted in their younger years. My mom would lose inches and build muscle while her friend would drop drastically on the scale. I guess this is the norm then lol. Whew, I thought there was something wrong with me lol.
