Stayed on plan through the 4th. I brought my own food to DF's folks yesterday. His mother wants to borrow an Atkins book. She wants to lose a few pounds and was impressed by how much energy I have, how much better I feel - not to mention, she really likes the idea of being able to eat fat without guilt! All in all a good day.
