I am keeping to the diet, T-360 I am doing okay with it. It is kinda of a Keto diet, but you can eat other stuff. Not sure about any weight loss.

For me, monitoring my caloric intake and the calories burned was key. Get yourself an activity tracker, Fitbit or similar, and start tracking what you eat and how much you're burning. that's all I did to lose weight (obviously the calories in have to be less than the calories burned). good luck.
