bu dokter,kalau olahraga cuma 30 menit per hari ngaruh ga? saya olahraga 30 menit,makan diatas 1000 dan dibawah 1500,tapi bb saya tetap stuck 70 kg dalam 1 minggu.minta sarannya bu,terimakasih.
