Don't worry. This didn't include all the alcohol I consumed. ;] I'm excited and nervous about weigh in on Sunday. I have decided I only want to take measurements once a month. I have tried to completely avoid that for a long time so things wouldn't get out of hand like before. I'm probably going to bring the scale back into the kitchen, I'm not sure if it's exactly the best idea. Idk.

That's always a good thing. Sometimes I gain, but look leaner in the mirror. It can be deceptive, so don't sweat the scale too much!
