...never weigh-in late in the day, like i did yesterday (at 430pm)! ...it seems to take about 3-4 days to dump the insulin of an 'overcarb' day (like sunday was, my bad...)
There are no "cheat days", pro-athletes may 'get away with one' but they also burn tons of energy to allow for it...not sit in a cube staring at at a computer like the unholy offspring of the Pillsbury dough-boy and Dilbert.
