I like to read through everyones journal entries.. to see if there is someone out there who is like me. Has the same issues as me. It makes me so sad when i hear people obsess with weighing themselves everyday. Don't do that. Pick one day a week and weigh yourself. Record your food that you eat. Plan and know what you want to eat. It is ok to give in and have a big cookie or chips everyone once in a while. As my trainer told me.. weight loss is looking at the entire picture.. not one day. If you goof up that is ok. We are human.

Don't look at losing one pound as such a bad thing.. it is one pound! It is a pound that you will never see again! Don't be so hard on yourself. Think of how long it took to gain the weight.. it sin't going to come off in a week.. a month.. it will take time. If you stress about it.. that will increase your chances of gaining.

Be loving.. be understanding .. it is your body. If you eat something bad don't be so hard on yourself. Tomorrow is a new day and forgive yourself!!

Love your outloook...and you are so right, a 2 lb gain isn't the end of the world and you'll lose it again pretty fast. Keep up the great work!

Thank you very much. I have stayed at 245 for about a week now. I am not getting own on myself... realizing that it will change.. just need to give it time!
