In the last two weeks, I have only strayed off my diet twice; eating the recommended 1300 calories. I get so frustrated because I can gain weight overnight; up to 2 lbs. then it takes days to take it off. I haven't started exercising, but I golf & bowl several times a week. and go up and down 17 stairs many times a day at home. I am not a couch potato and I am always doing something. Other than exercise, any other suggestions???
