Well here I go again. Last month I turned 29 years old. This morning when I got on the scale it was not a good time :( Yes you guessed it, I weigh more today than when I first got on this site a few years back. A change is going to come! It has to. For this year I would like to get healthy and fit before my 30th birthday.
