Yeah....after 6 months- I have made my initial goal...I am so happy with my progress. I do want to lose another 10 pounds, so I am not done yet. Let's hope that as I ease into maintenance mode it goes so well.
For those of you still working towards that sweet spot - stick with it - it will be worth it.
