I feel incredible today!! I am even sneaking in little bursts of movement in whenever my kids are all playing well. I can see them and get some exercise in and that is awesome. Granted I could have done this all along, but the ambition is here now, so I guess I will go with it!!! Eating has been going really well, and I don't go around hungry all day which is good. Amazing how much you can eat if you just eat the right stuff!! I am just gonna keep telling myself that I CAN do this! No matter what I want to and I can!!
