I feel incredible today!! I am even sneaking in little bursts of movement in whenever my kids are all playing well. I can see them and get some exercise in and that is awesome. Granted I could have done this all along, but the ambition is here now, so I guess I will go with it!!! Eating has been going really well, and I don't go around hungry all day which is good. Amazing how much you can eat if you just eat the right stuff!! I am just gonna keep telling myself that I CAN do this! No matter what I want to and I can!!

It really is amazing how much you can eat when your eating the RIGHT stuff. Its actually HARD for me to get all my points in usually!! Glad your doing so well, and feeling so great about where you are - keep it up!!!!!!!!!

Mama: It sounds like you're doing great! Definitely take advantage of the energy when it's there! For me it is very rare! Haha.

I agree! When I changed my eating habits, it was hard to eat 1200-1400 calories. The amount of food it equaled was more than I could eat at times. After a week or two of better nutrition I was ready to go! GREAT WORK!
