I guess I have the opposite problem of most everyone on this site. I need to gain weight after a spinal cord injury. :(

I directed this to you in a comment on another post but I will say it again here :P.... Welcome aboard. I wouldn't say you have an opposite problem. Its weight management no mater the direction you want to go which comes down to accountability, mindfulness, and support . All which, for myself, I find with this site and the community here.

Ok thank you, yes from what I have read, everyone seems nice and very supportive of each other. I’ll keep with it!

Good luck to you! Loosing or gaining can be hard, especially when you want to do it in a healthy way.

Buttered vegetables is what I would eat if I needed more calories.

Be so careful, choose a healthy diet, gain but gain it slowly, as I would not like to see this backfire on you and you ending up struggling to lose like 99% of us. Be very careful Dean and very mindful, your body is precious.
