wasnt really going 2 work out last night but all i kept thinking was 40 day 40 min I can do this! woke up this morning and jumped on the scale I lost 2 Lbs GREAT! i have to be consistant I know it will pay off.

Consistency is the key as well as moderation. I know my worst days ever were days I refused to get up and work out at all, then sat on the couch binging on whatever we had to eat! then the next day I could kick myself for it, cuz there was the gain I had dreaded, AND IT WAS ALL MY FAULT! Keep up the good work!

Wow thats it havent noticed till you said something but thats whats going on i havent felt like working out or have been so busy that when i got home i went straight to bed! i must find time to work out I plan to lose 3 pounds this week...
