Followed my diet really well yesterday. Went to the gym for an hour and then bowled. I don't think I even consumed 1,000 calories yesterday. Probably need to up that a little bit, but can't be mad at the results!
105.7 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
