Swimming is great exercise and great job going to cycling. I hope you feel better today. Having something to look forward to is awesome and moving your body at the same time is even better. You have a great Fat Secret day too!!

Hope your tummy ache is much better very soon. Is the cycling class a stationary bike gym-type class? The swimming sounds cool -- laps? Indoor? Outdoor? Just nosey -- I mean curious! Have a mighty fine Saturday!

Actually my cycling class in stationary in a gym room with blue light and high music. we do it with an instructor according to the music beat. it is amazing. we play with the resistance and ths speed in order to alternate the workout. it is a really tough class if u do it to the max and give it your best:) As for the swimming class. in the winter it used to be indoor at my old university. Now the coach moved it to an outdoor pool 10min away from my house in the car. it is not an one on one class. the coach is just there to tell u how to improve your swimming technique and he tells me how many laps to do. he also encourages me not to take alot of breaks. that's why i like it. when i swim alone i stop whenever i want. but with the coach i feel its like a workout. i get out of the pool beaten up. it IS really nice

How are you feeling today? Much better I hope. I wish I could swim well. I barely dog paddle! And it's a wiener dog paddle at best! The old boyfriend I mention in Number 1 of my list today was a swimmer. With the Olympics hype on TV I am reminded of him. That was 40 years ago! Gee whiz! Any exercise done to music is great!
