So I have been in this funk for the last 5 days - I really struggle right now - I don't want to move - I have a hard time drinking my water - everything feels like a chore - I have food cravings and just feel plain down. Don't know if it is PMS or just a good portion of self pity.

Christy is SO right! You most definitely CAN do this! As Beth Moore would say - girl, get out of that pit!!! :) Bad days will come, but when they do, thank God for giving you another day that HE has made. Rejoice. Be glad. You'll get through this. *hugs*
