Everytime I try to start a new diet, my cravings kick in. It's like I self sabotage! I have craved carbs intensely the last 24 hours. How can I get a grip and commit to this diet? Any advise? I don't want to fail again.

I find that when I'm craving carbs, the only way to curb it is to go on South Beach (which I'm starting today because of my cravings). It is VERY hard the first week, but I feel so much better when I clean out that bad stuff.

Thanks for the encouragement. Cutting carbs is hard. I hope next week will be easier.
