Yesterday i shared an ice cream with my sister, today i will not measure my weight becuz i am sure it won't be as low as yesterday and i don't want this to demotivate me. I decided to have a tuna salad today at work for lunch in order to get back on track. i want to weight myself tom morning and i need it to be as yesterday.

I know everyone says it is bad to measure the weight every morning, but for me, as it is a motivation, i guess it can't do any harm.

Well it's only bad if it discourages you. As you know depending on what is in you when you weigh and what you had the day before your weight can fluctuate a couple pounds. That is why I hate the scale so much. lol I used to weigh everyday but right now I am trying to stick to once a week and making sure I don't have steak or pasta the night before. lol which always seems to make a difference. I have found that I can't and don't want to give up things so when I figure my calories I leave room for the things I like like ice cream or what ever it is. I figure if this is something I am going to maintain that I can not deprive myself or I will quit. I save a couple hundred or more calories to within my intake to have what I like. Enjoy your day today!!

Whatever works best for you is fine. I think you will be okay after eating just part of an ice cream. You are usually very active. So -- not to worry. Guess what! I suggested to my husband that we go to the state park with the beautiful cliffs to go "nature trail hiking." You know what he said? He said, "Are you nuts?" For a big athlete - he is not much of an outdoorsman. He does not like "bugs" -- as he calls them. Oh well. I tried. He-he-he-he-he-he-he-he!
