Today I'm feeling defeated. I was doing great until dinner. Why did I agree to order Pizza Hut? Because it's fast & easy I guess. But I knew it was a bad idea before I even picked up the phone! I'm so frustrated with my bad habits & how difficult I'm finding it to break them...

Don't be discouraged. It's only your first day. You will do better tomorrow. Look at your diet calendar. If you burned more than you ate, that's not a terrible day.

Thank you for the comment. I really appreciate your encouragement! I wrote that entry really early this morning & now I'm feeling better about my progress. I've kept on top of my calories & exercise today really well. I think part of my disappointment comes when I step on the scale. I'm considering shifting my focus away from the scale & just concentrating on what I'm eating & how I'm exercising...we'll see what works best for me:)
