i am taking some diet pills, so far have worked ok...I try to limit my calories to no more than 2000 (sometimes I cheat) per day and lots and lots of water.I have gone from 250lbs to 238 in 5 weeks. I try to eat healthy, but when I don't i try to reduce the portion...my weakness, jack in the box oreo shake!!
108.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
