Soooo, I started my keto life again this week. Down 2lbs. but went out to eat with the fam and tried to keep it keto. burger no bun, broccoli instead of fries. Don't eat at Applebees even with all the mods I must have eaten 85 carbs. I discovered when I was entering my food. I feel terrible literally. hopefully it doesn't throw off my weight loss. :(

It happens, learn and move on. I now try to pre-plan eating out. I have a few go to things for all the local places we go to once in while and look up stuff before I eat for the ones I don't. You got this!
