Have been getting a nice workout everyday by lifting boxes, carrying boxes, stocking shelves, squats... Yes its firework season time. Probably not the smartest thing to be selling right now since these wildfires are everywhere but its a good workout. Also, starting to get a nice daily deficit of around a thousand. Still not eating the really healthy food...need to change that.
