Starting BLE(Bright Line Eating) again today. Weight is 265 today. My goal is to lose 140lb.
First Goal: Lose 25lbs
Second Goal: Lose 50lbs
Third Goal: Get below 200lbs!!!
Fourth Goal: Get to 185
Fifth Goal: Get to 165
Sixth Goal: Get to 145
Seventh Goal: Get to 140
Eight Goal: Start Working out, Get to 135.
Ninth Goal: Maintain weight between 130-140lbs for 6 months.
Tenth Goal: Maintain weight for a full year 130-140lbs.

Imagine how great you are going to feel 6 months from now when you look back at your starting point. You can do this and there are lots of folks who will be looking to support you and get encouragement from what you accomplish
