I'm feeling very tired today. I feel like I'm on the go all the time. I usually don't even take time to stop to eat ... I'm eating on the go. I'm eating healthy ... I'm just not taking the time to really sit down and enjoy my food because I'm always up cleaning or taking care of kids or there's errands to run or whatever. I need to find a healthy balance so I don't continue to run myself ragged. I didn't even get the change to journal yesterday! So I'm going to take the time to sit down and eat my meals, with my family ... so I can enjoy my food and so I can have a breather during my day.
