The consequences of being away from home and eating out daily is weight gain to the tune of 7 lbs. Instead of being angry at myself for lack of control, I just exercised harder and was able to lose 6 lbs. I think I'm back on the wagon.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
