Selket's Journal, 28 Jan 08

Just found a site that states that for someone my age and weight, jumping on a trampoline will burn 142 calories per hour. Now that's a lot of jumping. I have to work my way up to 10 minutes. So at this point I'm not even doing that. Longest I jumped was 130 times and I have no idea how long I was jumping. Next time I will have to time myself. Then divide it by the time...it's not going to amount to much, but it's a good supplementary expercise.

Wow, look at you losing! you're doing great. I think its probably okay to take it in short bits... I've read that it keeps your metabolism rev'ed up if you are active for short bouts but more often during the day. So... bounce during commercials or while waiting for the microwave or pot to boil.
