Tonight's ketoe'd recipe will be Asparagus pasta primavera. I cut the recipe to a manageable 4 servings and goosed variables till under 10 carbs. Trying the shirataki noodles for the first time. Hoping the texture is not like spaghetti squash... (Wasn't impressed for hot food. Now for a cold oriental coleslaw type salad this summer... maybe) I can't procrastinate anymore ... back to painting the open ceiling in the basement. Lol sometimes I get more paint on the project! AS always if it is worth the effort I will share the recipe. May your day be springy minus the pollen!
