Am I at a plateau?? Probably not... didn't do the best at following the plan last weekend. Did okay on Monday and stuck really well for the rest of the week. Today what am I doing? Eating and drinking whatever I want and then it's back on track tomorrow. Next week is going to be a good weigh in!
