Today is my first day since last week without a bad headache. I hate when those hit me so hard. I have been working out this week and I do think that helps me feel better. I've also been eating better again after a not so great weekend and last week of eating. I think having more sugar than I've been used to didn't help with my headache. But, now that I'm feeling better it will be even easier to stick to healthy eating and exercise.

I don't know about everyone else, but I'm ready for some spring weather. We've been getting cold and snow and it looks like that is going to hang on for the weekend. My hubby is running a 10K this weekend and it's supposed to snow the day before and be really cold the morning of, so he's kind of bummed. He's been wanting to run this race for years and finally got signed up this year. I'm trying to tell him that it's not about how fast he goes, it's about finishing. He wants to go fast, but I think he'll be happy and feel accomplished if he finishes. I'm just proud of him for signing up and working to get to the point he can run the 10K.
