Ok I just looked at a calendar and noticed that I started my journey to lose weight on 2/24/18. I had not realize it’s been that long.. did I lose any weight no but what I noticed is I did lose some inches because my clothes are a lot looser and I’m fitting in to things I could not wear before but I want that darn scale to go down lol.. I did learn a lot on this journey like I was not eating enough trying to lose weight so my body stared to store the little I was eating, so I started to eat more and because I’m over 40 I had to add weight training to my workout which is why the scale in not going down because I’m building muscle, I’m learning about macro and how to eat to give my body what it needs to work right but what I want most is to see the number on the scale to drop, oh and to be healthy.
