Alhamdulillah turun dalam 1 minggu walaupun sedikit.
Pagi berangkat sekolah
07.00 : Bikin shake herbalife disekolah
09.45 : roti gandum 1/2 + scrambled egg 1/2
12.30 : Roti gandum 1/2 + srambed egg 1/2
(Jadi roti gandum dan scrambled egg nya dibagi dua)
Pulang sekolah langsung istirahat dan minum banyak air.
Malam kadang ngemil buah..

Btw berat ku 87,5 tinggi badan 155 :)))
Bismillah lanjut diet lagii:)
87.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
