Had such a fun weekend! About halfway through the Warriors at Kings game, my buddy noticed that the loft his work has was empty. He texted one of his co-workers and he said that the people who were supposed to be there didn't show up due to the protests and invited us to sit in the loft. It was amazing, I felt like I shouldn't be allowed in there. There was free food and beer, and I had a little of each but didn't go crazy. I also designated drove for wine tasting the day we drove up, so I didn't get a bunch of those carbs either. I got home, weighed myself this morning and I actually lost weight - woah! I have a long run scheduled for this morning. Have a great Monday everyone.
