Boy did I eat this weekend! I stuck to the diet (except for the chocolate brownie on Saturday) and ate like crazy so it should be interesting to see my weigh in tomorrow! I don't own a scale (pause for laughter) so I use one my co worker has at work. I did take a peak on Friday and had lost another two pounds but I sure feel like it is back on, lol... </rambling>

This past Saturday I hosted a knitting night at my house and I found that drinking two glasses of wine BEFORE my first lesson was not the best idea. Oh well!
By the end of Sunday I have successfully cast off, knit and pearled. We won't talk about how my ends look or the few gaps in the the fabric. Nor should we talk about how my son likes to run laps around the dinning room table with my ball of yarn while I am in deep concentration, lol. What they failed to show me was what to do when you finish! LMAO Any way... How can this count as exercise? Anyone know the calorie burn for sitting on your ass and knitting? My arms are a little sore... would this be like a exercise?

Girl, I feel your pain! I had that kind of weekend, too. Just get back on that proverbial wagon and start over. You'll do great!
